You may have noticed that we don’t have our hours listed on our website. This is because we are available 7 days a week. We understand how busy your schedule is and that appliances can break at the most inconvenient of times.

For your convenience, we schedule non-emergent repairs and maintenance between 7 am and 7 pm—7 days a week.

For emergent repair requests, you can call our emergency line 24 hours a day at 818-307-0856.

Do You Provide Emergency Repairs?

Yes, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year for emergency repairs. Just call us at 818-307-0856.

Do You Provide Preventative Maintenance?

Yes! Residential appliances should have preventative maintenance performed every 12 months. Commercial maintenance schedules are more frequent and vary by the appliance and its use—typically every 3 to 6 months.

This will keep your appliance working at optimal efficiency. It will also minimize the likelihood of emergency repairs, by catching minor upgrades before they evolve into a repair need.

How Do I Know When It’s Time to Replace My Appliance?

Wondering if you should call for oven repair in Santa Barbara or upgrade your appliance instead? There are many factors to take into consideration when deciding between a repair or an upgrade.

Warranty—if your appliance is still under warranty, check your warranty to determine what the claim process is. Warranties have limitations. For example, many appliances must be professionally installed, and your home or business must have the required electrical specs. If your appliances qualify, the part, repair, or replacement may be free of charge.

Appliance age—the lifespan of most appliances is around 10 years. That being said, lifespan could be significantly shorter or longer. For example, Miele ovens last for an average of 20 years. If not properly installed, maintained, or utilized appliances may not last as long. The closer your appliance is to the end of its life, the more you should consider an upgrade.

Features and functions—before investing in a repair, consider if your appliance meets your existing needs. Does your oven have enough burners? Is your washing machine large enough? Is it an energy-efficient model? If you have been wanting more from your appliance, this is the perfect time to explore your options.

Cost of the repair—generally speaking, if the cost of the repair is 50% or more of the cost of the appliance, it’s better to upgrade. Your technician will talk you through your options, taking your individual objectives into consideration.
