The owner David is unique in this industry. He really cares and gets personally involved when something isn't working. I was getting a stove fixed by another company who charged me significantly for parts I didn't need and when the stove still didn't work after the part replacement, couldn't be found.
David told me he was committed to getting it resolved. He sent his best people and even came himself. He spent hours on the phone with the manufacturer to get it resolved. He is honest, nice and reliable.

David was professional and super easy to work with. The technician he sent out, Mark, quickly diagnosed the problem with our Bosch dishwasher (new water pump). The part needed to be ordered. They were able to install it Monday and all is well. I would definitely recommend them for Bosch repair. They are competent and honest.

I had guests scheduled to stay at one of my places . Prior to their arrival, i noticed that my fridge was not getting cold enough and the dryer was not working properly. I immediately started looking for an appliance repair company. I'm so glad that I found Superior Appliance Repair. They came out same day, provided a diagnosis. The dryer they fixed right away but they had to order a special part for my Sub Zero fridge. I told them my situation and they got all the parts the following day and got it up and running.
They were wonderful to work with and made the experience stress free. This is the only company I would ever use. Thank you guys!
